Our next Giveback Tuesday event will take place on November 19th. This month, We are donating the day’s profits to The Little Bit Foundation, Powerful Purpose, and Mighty Oaks Heart Foundation.
Each month, we’re proud to donate 100% of the day’s profits from each of our three locations in Ballpark Village, Rock Hill, and Town & Country to three local nonprofit organizations through Giveback Tuesday. So far, we’ve donated $487,714 to St. Louis-area nonprofits.
The Little Bit Foundation is dedicated to removing barriers to learning for under-resourced students in St. Louis through comprehensive programs and partnerships. By being present in schools, the foundation addresses students’ core needs, including clothing, hygiene, school supplies, and health education, as well as providing access to academic and career opportunities. Serving around 15,000 students annually, Little Bit aims to impact 17,000 students by the end of the school year. Funds raised will support essential services, helping students thrive academically and personally. The foundation finds deep gratification in building one-on-one connections, bringing joy through book fairs, and ensuring students feel supported in their educational journey.
Powerful Purpose, a St. Louis-based organization founded in 2022, helps children thrive by providing resources and experiences funded entirely by donors. Working with youth advocates such as teachers, coaches, and counselors, they support children in need by covering costs for activities like sports, camps, and educational resources. Since launching in 2022, Powerful Purpose has invested over $4,000 to support children in St. Louis, impacting around 20 students annually through their programs. Funds from Giveback Tuesday will be used to support children’s extracurricular and sports activities. By ensuring children have access to opportunities they might not otherwise have, Powerful Purpose empowers them to build confidence, develop skills, and reach their potential.
Mighty Oaks Heart Foundation (MOHF) supports families of children with congenital heart defects (CHDs) financially and emotionally, addressing each family’s unique needs. Founded in St. Louis in 2011, MOHF helps parents stay with their hospitalized children by covering bills like housing and utilities, reducing financial stress. Funds raised through this event will directly support St. Louis families with children at partner hospitals. In 2023, MOHF assisted over 700 families, allowing them to focus on their child’s care instead of daily expenses.
